We offer high quality flexographic printing on a wide range of our products.
Flexography is a high speed printing process using fast drying inks and can be used on a wide variety of materials. Flexographic printing uses flexible printing plates made of rubber or plastic, with the image to be printed slightly raised on the plate. The plates are rotated on a cylinder which transfers the image on the surface of the material being printed.

The BRC Global Standard for Packaging Materials is recognised by The Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI). The Standard has been developed to specify the product safety, quality and operational criteria that must be in place within a packaging manufacturing organisation in order for it to fulfil its obligations with regard to legal compliance and protection of the consumer.
Confectionary
We supply both twiswrap and bags in narrow widths and we are able to print the film, helping to enhance products appearance and packaging. These qualities have helped us to become one of the premier suppliers of twist wrap film and confectionery packaging in the UK.
Ethnic & Specialty Foods
The ethnic food market is unique in having thousands of products that sell in low volumes. Our ability to produce and print a range of films, laminates and bags in low volumes has helped customers develop a range of products consistent in their image and packaging. We can also produce packaging that is ideal for scented products.
Coffee Roasters
We have been pioneers of low cost printed coffee pouches, for packing fresh coffee, within the UK. We offer gravure printed pouches in up to eight colours with one way degassing valves, zip seals and other attachments, dependant on your requirements. Due to our methods we are able to provide a premium product at very competitive prices, as a result are now a major supplier into this niche market.
Packaging Merchants
Our ability to provide plain or printed reels of film in a range of non standard widths and standard bags in varied quantities allows us to supply customers who will then use our products for a range of different purposes. Our range of biodegradable Cellophane has been used in the organic food markets to package these products in an environmentally safe way.
