What happens if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?
We want to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, or if you have received an incorrect item, please let us know within 14 days of receipt.
You can reach us by phone at 01268 733 722 or by email at email@example.com to initiate the returns process. We will arrange to collect the item, as long as it is in its original condition.
If you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong product, we will still accept the return as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. In this case, the customer will be responsible for arranging the return shipping.
Please note that damaged products due to customer mishandling cannot be returned or refunded.

We understand that sometimes you may need to request a refund, and we want to make this process as easy as possible for you.
Processed refunds typically take up to 10 working days to be completed, and this will be done once the product has been received back at Norman Knights.
Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
For defective products, a full refund will be credited.
For non-defective items, the refund will exclude all shipping fees. Please note that in these cases, the customer is responsible for arranging the return shipping.
